Both monuments are one of my favorites of this trip.

Standing tall and looking so great 👍 just be careful of the stairs, quite high and do a take rest if needed, you need time to climb up. Don't rush.

I enjoyed seeing peoples in the community having lots of activities outside in the morning such as doing TikTok live, playing games, chit chatting etc. So fun and peaceful.

Please note that Google Maps does not work in China. The drum tower is a very impressive building. In this you can listen to a drum play every full hour and watch it above. The ascent is a bit exhausting, as many steps, which are also high, must be ready to overcome. The view from above is very impressive and worthwhile.
