The trees give plenty of shade, which helps on warmer days. Playground equipment is fairly basic but maintained. Gets busier later in the afternoon, especially with families, but still feels relaxed overall.

Nice small playground. Rubber surface around the whole structure area. Good for children 5 and under not much for older children. Fully fenced in park area if needed.

This beautiful place, is the main grounds where the Turrbal people lived, and is one of two main places that define Brisbane in a historical context, going way beyond the period of colonisation. Used as a golf course for many years, it still has immaculate moved grass underneath trees dating to way before any white invaders. Whilst half the park has been destroyed to make place for a mayor road (Inner city bypass: 3-4 lanes each direction) as well as a mayor busway (along the Northern edge) it i

Chilled out afternoon at the park. Swings and slides were good, plenty of space to wander. Would’ve liked a few more bins and shaded spots. Still, enjoyed hanging out with a mate while watching the kids have a laugh. Not fancy, but nice enough to spend a couple of hours.
