Hidden Gem -- when we asked the taxi to go to San Pietro Di Castello, we got funny looks and they asked "are you sure? What do you even want to see there?" Well they're crazy. This church is beautiful. The neighborhood surrounding the church is quiet, clean, and feels like what Venice was before tourists took it over.

It is a really underrated place, given its historical importance. Not many people know about it or even visit it.

Really lovely church away from the crowds. The entrance fee is very very reasonable and you can enjoy some stunning frescos. There is a combined ticket available to gain entrance to 6 other churches.

nice architectural design. If you have time, visit this church and pray for all humanity, not only for yourself. don’t be selfish 🥸 The entrance fee is 3 euros per adult. The woman 👩🏼 in the reception room is so kind.
