The place where gossips, talks and many more happen with tea, coffee and cold drinks. There are many small accessories stalls where they sell varieties of souvenirs from Nepal. Many tourist are attracted to it but be careful with the over prices and ask for some good discount. This place reminds me of my teenage years where we used to come to have evening teas and share about our lives. 🙏🏻Exploring the Historical Architecture is the best feeling and beautiful learning experience ❣️❤️Basantapur i

Basantapur is known for Kathmandu Durbar Square, with centuries-old palace buildings, courtyards, and temples, some damaged in a 2015 earthquake. Exhibits at the Hanuman Dhoka Durbar Museum include the Shah throne and intricate stone carvings. Worshippers offer marigold garlands at the huge 6th-century sculpture of Kaal Bhairav, a fierce Hindu deity, and visit Kumari Ghar palace to glimpse the young “living goddess.”
