Lovely place for the picnic

Old monument to Barclay de Tolly, general of Russian Empire in the beginning of 19. century. He was born in present-day Estonia and has scottish ancestory. Monument is one of the biggest and most interesting in Tartu. There is no so much park, however, just some trees, bushes and couple benches in between.
