I wish you could visit the 2nd floor without a tour. But it's surprisingly well done, and the guide has a lot of information. Was free to visit (Jan 2026) because of a promotion.

A very small museum that provides knowledge of the local area. There were several gates or doors in the past as it was an area where the nobility lived.
There are some videos with English subtitles that you can watch on the exhibits. There are also guided tours.
It is a very small museum that you can walk around and see.

Registration via website is not available due to technical problem, so we'd to called to the museum directly for registration. Once we went there, we can't get through the exhibition due to some miscommunication. Anyway, we'd got the stamp so it was ok.

We visited this morning as a family, upon entering we were told that the next tour would be starting in 25 minutes so we sat down and made use of the free colouring activities to pass the time and my husband signed the check in list as requested. Only when the tour was about to start did anyone tell us we needed to buy a ticket so we had to rush. Fee was very minimal, only 70 baht total as our youngest was free. Despite us clearly being foreign, we were disappointed to discover after the tour st
