The museum is very nice and well presented. It’s not very big, but almost everything is translated into English, which makes it easy to follow and informative.

The only thing that bothered me was that outside vendors and unofficial guides are allowed inside, which slightly disrupts the experience and the entrance fee: tourists pay ten times more (100,000 IDR) than locals (10,000 IDR).

The museum is not very rich in collection, some display boxes were empty not sure if the item is missing or taken!! It definitely could have been more better, more information about Bali history, ancient artifacts could have been displayed. Moreover, I didn't find my answers that I was looking for. But the buildings are very beautiful and clean yard. I saw a very sick cat, seemed like no one cares about it much. A must go place and you will learn a lot about Bali history, rituals tradition etc. 100k per person entrance and another 100k perperson for the tour guide (i think was not necessary but, he presents him self) but for more information i recommend to have one you can ask a lot questions about Bali culture and he explains a lot. This so-called museum is seriously overpriced for foreigners, terribly maintained and managed.

As a foreigner, you're charged 100k for entrance, but the place is smaller than a football field, with three poorly presented small exhibitions. Many of the exhibits are missing and exhibition boards in shambles. They charge foreigners so much money, yet the English introductions are barely readable.

The ticket price is Rp100,000. There's not much to see.An old man started guiding us around without our consent, and since he said it was free I let him talk, but he wasted a lot of time and at the end he told me there was a fee, so I ignored him.In the first place, we never asked the old man to guide us.He tried to show his sympathy, but it was annoying. If you need money, you should work instead of flocking to tourists. Whether it's worth going is up to each individual.
