Nice rotonda where there's a sign Puerto Princesa. A good spot to pose for picture. I hope that people should stop sitting and blocking the sign because it is a nice spot to pose for a picture infront of it.

Visited Balayong People’s Park – Watch Tower during the day and it was such a relaxing experience. The place is clean, spacious, and beautifully landscaped, with lots of trees and open areas perfect for a stroll or quick break. The watch tower gives a nice panoramic view of Puerto Princesa — especially nice under the morning sun. It’s a great spot to unwind, take photos, or just enjoy the fresh air in the city.

There is no fee needed at the entrance but you need to sign some different papers like your name, age and where you live. Inside is a clean cozy park filled with yellow lights, it's a great place to relax and hang out with friends or have a date,
The tower adds up a nice view, you can nearly see the whole complex, it's really windy and high up, they have benches up top to sit down and enjoy the scenery with your friends or your partner (I recommend going here during afternoon or night time)
