Great little museum very much worth the mountain road drive. If you want to get familiar with a little history of crete during the second world war then you should definetly pay a visit to this family museum. The entrance fee is 5 euros.

Noteworthy little museum if you’re interested in the history of Crete during WWII. It’s completely family run and has many artefacts from those terrible days…. 😢 The family itself guides you through the exhibition if you want and answers all your questions. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area!
