This small park is located just steps from the Alley of the Toads, the BUAP Carolino building, and the Puebla Cathedral. It's on 5 Poniente, surrounded by restaurants and an Oxxo convenience store. It's definitely a great place to rest and grab a bite if you're exploring downtown Puebla. There are beautiful murals, including a particularly stunning map of Puebla carved in Talavera pottery.

As its name suggests, there are some delicate murals of women, a bust of a figure who gives the park its name, and an old map of the city, still standing on mosaics. This park is a peaceful place, all things considered. It's a pleasant place to take a break on the benches thanks to the shade of the trees. It's generally clean despite the leaf litter. On weekends, it becomes a place for art sales.
