A complete surprise how good this museum was. Discuss the style of Art Deco but also goes through life in the city during the early 1900's. The English tour guide was very engaged and very enjoyable.

I am visiting this museum/experience for the second time and would love to come back over and over again. Could not recommend enough for every person to bettet understand how rich in culture Lithuania between the WWs.

Amazing experience. Seems expensive but so worth it. More a theatre experience than a museum. Just go.

Finally, a remarkable landmark to visit and explore the spirit of the 1930s, while also connecting with Modernist Kaunas, a UNESCO heritage site. Some exciting highlights: authentic brass handles preserved for over 90 years, a Lithuanian wooden chair crafted from pear and plum wood—awarded in Paris in 1937. The apartment spans 118 m² and features four rooms.

Amazing and interesting place that lets one get a better feel of how some people truly lived during the interwar period in Lithuania. The idea of a mandatory guide is both excellent and very well implemented for this particular setting. Highly recommended.
