Loved it! I was there during thanksgiving break at it wasn’t busy at all giving me time to browse mostly everything. I bought the ticket online literally 30 min before going in, free maps at the entrance will help you navigate the building without the needs of a guide. The gift shop is also great 👍🏼

What an inspiring place. Every city has to have one of these museums. Learned a lot and well worth the 16 dollars entry. And the building and the elevator was really interesting too.

I had a wonderful experience there I really got to know new things about American history …there was this section where you can type your own story on the vintage typewriter that was very interesting …another part that I liked was there were some cards hanging where immigrants can share there own story in their own words …those little notes were so impactful and really tells a lot about immigrants’ struggle … the Museum has also a section where you can read the books of renowned writers and lear

Just a wonderful treasure chest of American Writers, the written word including drama, classics, comedy, music lyrics and comic books. A complete hands on museum. Interactive displays screens and good old-fashioned typewriters that you start a story or continue some one else. Loved this museum so very much.
