Fairly good.
The site consists of two gardens separated by a street. The second garden is neglected and unmaintained.
The first garden is somewhat tidy, but it is not fenced, which is very dangerous for children because it is surrounded by streets on all sides.
Also, the lighting is inadequate. The children's play areas are insufficient.
There are sanitary facilities.
There are groceries and a (kitchen + restaurant) for takeout meals nearby.

I find it excellent for the people of the neighborhood near it, and also on an excellent service street. It is characterized by its large size and beauty, and it has a bathroom. Yes, I criticize it for the lack of children’s games. The garden has the space, and it should have more diversity and attention from the municipality. There are no games and it is not fenced, meaning the child goes out onto the street and there is no fence to protect him from cars. I hope the municipality develops it.
