In alipore zoo, we had an aquarium that is in death bed due to government inaction. So when I visited this place, first I was little skeptical. Fee to entre also 250/-, much more than our govt one. But after visiting I realized it is worth to the penny. As it is privately maintained, it has exotic fishes living in healthy environment. All exhibits are good, but I liked the clownfish in sea anemone above all, straight from the Finding Nemo movie.

Very clean and good fish tanks and so many species of fishes. The people know their fishes. The 12D was fun, but it wasn't anything like 12D not even 3D. But I overall it was fun. Do visit the shop that's inside the aquarium, the shells and other things are cheaper there compared to the shells in main city

Aquatic life is so fascinating, so Abyss Aquarium was a good stop for us on our way from North to South Goa. Found the prices a bit steep and had to pay separately for the horror corridor but after seeing the fishes it seems justifiable. Not a large aquarium but some good variety. Fun touching the turtles! Doctor fish was disappointing. Probably well fed so didn't latch on to our feet in great numbers 😂 Enjoy the tour and have lunch in the restaurant outside offering good local cuisine.

It was very good experience visiting this acquarium. Adults and kids both will enjoy this.

No washroom available. The one next to it is not clean. The amount they are taking for visiting the acquarium, they should provide basic facilities like good washrooms, drinking water facility, parking etc etc.,

Calling this place an aquarium is a waste. It’s more like a collection of fishes kept in a cramped area, in tanks in which they have barely any space to move around and which don’t appear to be cleaned either. They were taking out a dead fish when we visited, the place literally stank with the smell of stale fish palpable when we entered and the terrapins at the entrance pond were swimming in such stinky water that we felt really bad for them, clearly demonstrating how deplorable the conditions
