A small, cozy museum with a 19th-century atmosphere. A passionate guide. Exhibitions. Worth a visit.

An authentic, little place. The lady at the desk gave me a good insight in life back then.

Nice museum where you can truly see and feel the city life of the 19th century. Try to get the guide to understand more.

A small museum in the old town of Tartu. Close to the university, toy museum and St. John's Church. It was fascinating to see the functional kitchen from 100 years ago and the lady's bedroom was a constant source of excitement. Convenient entrance with a museum card.

It's not a must-go museum. It's small and doesn't have too many items at display, but surely gives you an idea how a person might have lived in the 19th century.
